Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By installing, registering, or using WA CRM Pro ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

WA CRM Pro is a Chrome/Edge browser extension that provides: bulk WhatsApp messaging via WhatsApp Web, contact management, message scheduling, trigger-based automation, analytics, and related features. WA CRM Pro is an independent product not affiliated with WhatsApp Inc. or Meta Platforms Inc.

3. Account Registration

You must register with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining your password. You must be at least 18 years old. One account per person — sharing login credentials is prohibited.

4. Free Trial

New accounts receive a 48-hour free trial with full feature access. No payment is required during the trial. After 48 hours, a paid subscription is required to continue.

5. Subscription and Payment

India: ₹399/month or ₹3,500/year via Razorpay (UPI, cards, netbanking).
International: $15/month or $150/year via PayPal.
Subscriptions renew automatically. You may cancel anytime before the next billing date. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use WA CRM Pro to:

• Send unsolicited messages (spam) to people who have not consented
• Harvest numbers from groups without the group owner's permission
• Violate WhatsApp's Terms of Service or any applicable laws
• Send fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal content
• Share your account credentials with other users
• Reverse-engineer or decompile the Service

7. WhatsApp Compliance

WA CRM Pro operates through WhatsApp Web and is not officially supported by WhatsApp. WhatsApp may restrict accounts for excessive automated messaging. WA CRM Pro is not liable for any WhatsApp account restrictions resulting from your use.

8. Intellectual Property

WA CRM Pro and all its components are the intellectual property of WA CRM Pro. You receive a limited, non-exclusive licence to use the Service for personal or business purposes.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY. WA CRM PRO DOES NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED SERVICE OR MESSAGE DELIVERY SUCCESS.

10. Limitation of Liability

WA CRM Pro is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of profits, WhatsApp account bans, or data loss. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid in the 3 months preceding any claim.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be resolved in courts of competent jurisdiction in India.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. We will notify registered users by email of material changes. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance.
