We want you to be completely satisfied with WA CRM Pro. If you are not happy within the first 7 days of a paid subscription, we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.

All new users receive a 48-hour free trial with full access to every feature. No credit card or payment is required during the trial period. If you choose not to subscribe after the trial, no charge is made.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. After cancellation, your access continues until the end of the current billing period. No further charges will be made. Cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund unless it is within the 7-day refund window.

Indian users: payments are processed via Razorpay. Refunds are credited to the original UPI/card/netbanking account used for payment.
International users: payments are processed via PayPal. Refunds are credited to the original PayPal account or card.
